Cancellation/Rescheduling
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service cost.
No Show
No show appointments will not be tolerated. If you no show an appointment you will be required to pay the full amount for the missed appointment before re-booking.
​Late Arrivals
We understand that things may happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. We are committed to doing everything we can to accommodate you, however, if you are running more than 15 minutes late we may not be capable of accommodating your full appointment , the same cancellation fee may be charged at the salons discretion.
Refunds/Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your recent retail purchase, please contact us so we may exchange it for something more suited to you. We do not offer refunds under any conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your hair service(s), please contact us within 7 days so we may schedule you for a complimentary adjustment.
Safe Space
Discrimination of any sort will not be tolerated in our space. We provide services and care to folks of all walks of life, and their comfort and validation is one of our top priorities. Any discrimination based on age, religion, race, sexual orientation or gender identity will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave. We encourage all of our gender diverse and neurodivergent folk to come as you are.
Eco Surcharge
As an eco conscious space, we are partnered with Sustainable Salons. As our way of minimizing our environmental impact, all bookings will be subject to a $3 surcharge. We thank you for your understanding, and your help in protecting the environment.
Fair Pricing
We strive to be upfront and transparent with our pricing structure, and strive to provide accurate pricing during our consultations. Please note that all prices listed are base prices and are subject to change due to hair length, density, and complexity of the service.
